Gouache painting of The Vauxhall Tavern in Lambeth, South London. One of London's most iconic LGBTQ+ diverse, cabaret, performance and club night venues. Major contributor to London night-time economy, preferred venue of choice by leading international artists including Belinda Carlisle, Mutya Buena, Gabrielle, Bucks Fizz, Liberty X, The Three Degrees, Sonia, Mica Paris, Toyah, T’Pau, and many more. The Tavern also featured as a location in the 1970 film Goodbye Gemini, 1996's Beautiful Thing, 2007's Clapham Junction, 2014's Pride and 2016's Absolutely Fabulous: The Movie.

The print is a4 at 210 × 297 and published on matt 300 gsm paper has been produced from a photographic scan of an original that I created this year using Gouache on hot press watercolour paper. The image quality is true to the original and scanned at 300 dpi. All prints will be hand wrapped and packaged. This does not come with a frame but will be enclosed in a plastic slipcase with a cardboard backing to protect it.
